🚀 Senior Product Engineer | £80–100k | Fully Remote (UK)
I'm working with a mission-led tech company currently transitioning from outsourced development to building a top-tier in-house engineering team. This is the first Senior Product Engineer hire of many.
This is a fully remote UK-based role with regular team meetups. You'll help shape their product roadmap, lead hands-on development, and mentor junior devs as they grow the team internally. You will be given plenty of ownership to modernise their stack and ways of working. Lots of Greenfield projects!
Preferred Stack: Python, JavaScript, Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP - Backend lean
An interest in AI/LLMs is a big plus.
