* Qualified Teacher Status
* Relevant specialist qualifications and subject experience (e.g BA Hons degree in History)
* Full understanding of curriculum requirements for History

* Understanding of how to implement assessment methods for differentiated learning strategies

in all aspects in May 2022. Our students and staff always work incredibly hard, and it is excellent to have their achievements recognised by Ofsted. Leaders were recognised for 'working hard to improve the quality of education that pupils receive' and introducing a 'broad and ambitious curriculum for all pupils'. Ofsted observed that 'Pupils are happy at school. They value the diverse community and welcoming ethos of the school.'
