A Day in the Life
* Provide full grooming services including bathing, drying, nail clipping, brushing, and breed-specific clipping.
* Create positive, memorable experiences for customers and their dogs.
* Coordinate with the Store Manager regarding salon operations and client bookings.
* Assist on the shop floor and manage stock.
* Support marketing and recruitment initiatives.
* Work towards and exceed sales targets.
* Maintain safety standards and promote a safety culture.
What We Need
* Experience in dog grooming and styling.
* Qualification in grooming is preferred but not essential.
* Knowledge of breed-specific clipping and safety practices.
* Physical ability to handle and lift animals.
* Experience handling live animals and identifying zoonotic and skin diseases.
* Flexible, organized, and sales-oriented mindset.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and commitment to pet care and brand standards.
