About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Human Rights Manager to lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of human rights initiatives within our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will ensure that supply chain human rights risks are assessed, prioritized, and mitigated, and that the company's human rights requirements are effectively communicated and enforced throughout the supply chain.
Responsibilities
* Establish a comprehensive human rights supply chain governance process.
* Develop and implement a human rights risk assessment framework.
* Integrate Human Rights requirements into supplier evaluation and selection processes.
* Collaborate with supply chain teams to enhance understanding and mitigation of human rights risks.
* Engage with stakeholders including NGOs, industry groups, and customers to stay abreast of best practices.
* Manage third-party audits and ensure compliance with human rights standards.
* Represent the company in audits and follow up on non-conformances.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry, preferably in a human rights or ethical trade role.
* Proven ability to influence and work with suppliers and stakeholders at various levels.
* In-depth knowledge of global human rights standards and frameworks.
What We Offer

Additional Details
Remote role after initial onboarding, working Monday-Friday from 08:30 to 17:00. Contract: Permanent. Location: Spalding, England.
