What you'll do
As a Merchandiser in our General Merchandise team, you will implement a customer-facing, multi-channel merchandising strategy aligned with our commercial goals to promote profitable growth. Your responsibilities include analyzing markets, customer profiles, and suppliers to develop category frameworks and budgets, reviewing performance, managing stock levels, supply chain logistics, and supplier relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on space optimisation and business planning, ensuring milestones are met to enhance the customer experience. Your commercial acumen, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure will be vital to your success.
