Key Responsibilities
* Own the day-to-day finance function.
* Deliver insightful management reporting and commercial analysis.
* Develop budgeting, forecasting and cashflow processes.
* Partner with leadership teams to drive business performance.
* Improve reporting, controls and financial visibility.
* Support investor communications and Board reporting.
* Contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
* Assist with preparation for future investment or sale activities.
About You
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
* Currently operating as a Financial Controller, Head of Finance, Senior Finance Manager or similar.
* Commercially minded and ambitious.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Keen to progress into a strategic leadership role and ultimately become a Finance Director or CFO.
