Job Description
3. Conduct detailed retrofit assessments of residential and commercial properties in Rotherham.
4. Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports to support retrofit initiatives.
5. Ensure all assessments comply with relevant regulations and standards within the property industry.
6. Collaborate with other departments to deliver actionable recommendations for energy efficiency improvements.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, technologies, and best practices.
8. Provide technical advice to stakeholders on retrofit strategies and solutions.
9. Assist in the development of project plans and timelines for retrofit projects.
10. Monitor and evaluate the progress of retrofit projects to ensure objectives are met.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Retrofit Assessor should have:
11. MINIMUM L3 RETROFIT REQUIRED!
12. Proven experience in conducting property assessments or similar roles within construction.
13. Strong understanding of retrofit standards and energy efficiency regulations.
14. Excellent analytical skills to evaluate property conditions and recommend improvements.
15. Good communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and team members.
16. Proficiency in using relevant software tools for assessments and reporting.
