Job Introduction
As a Food Production Operative at Merville Barracks, Circular Road South, Colchester, Essex CO2 7UTin the Central Production Unit you will be providing food for the finishing kitchens. Key Responsibilities:
* Be responsible for preparing and portioningfoodin a large manufacturing environmentwith care and attention.
* Food preparation forbaguettes, salads and protein pots
* To maintain food production standards
* Ensuring the areas you are working in are kept to a hygienic level of cleanliness
* Maintain high levels of food hygiene standards
What We’re Looking For:
* Great communication skills with a great attention to detail
* Positive attitude, professionalism and respect for others
* Basic food-handling skills
* Food assistant experience would be beneficial
* Level 2 food safety
