📌Purpose of Role:
As a Graduate Energy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of energy management strategies within our organisation. Your primary responsibilities will be to assist in analysing and optimising energy consumption, promoting sustainability and identifying opportunities for energy cost and carbon savings. By actively engaging with various stakeholders, you will contribute to the development and execution of energy efficiency initiatives to align with organisational objectives.
🌟Principle Responsibilities:
Energy Analysis and Efficiency
• Help deliver bespoke energy programmes on time and within budget.
• Assist in collecting, analysing, and interpreting energy consumption data.
• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies to make informed recommendations for improvement.
• Quantify energy savings through Measurement and Verification process.
• Support on various compliance and voluntary projects such as ISO50001, ISO14001, PAS2080, SECR and ESOS.
• Provide remote assistance on BMS by help improving BMS strategies and parameters.
Collaboration and Coordination
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BTT and TST to develop and implement energy-saving initiatives.

Health and Safety include:
• Follow ETS company policies and procedures at all times.
• Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager.
Timesheet Management
• Ensure timely submission of weekly timesheets to facilitate accurate project tracking.
• Maintain meticulous records of hours worked and project-related activities.

🚀 Personal Specification:
The following attributes are essential:
Technical
• Understanding of energy management practices, principles, and methodologies.
• Documentation skills for preparing reports, manuals, and other documentation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret energy data and recommend improvements.
• Showing proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Non-technical
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying opportunities for energy savings.
• The ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within and as part of a team and maintain high level of accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on emerging trends in energy management.
• Fit with ETS values (deliver promised results, expert, teamwork, ethical behaviour, client-oriented).
The following attributes are desirable:
• Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Environmental Science or related field
