Master Technician required for Main Dealer based in Nottingham
1. Basic Salary: Up to £38,000
2. OTE: £42,000 with bonuses
3. 42 Hour Working Week: Monday - Friday, Saturdays on a rota
As a Master Technician, you’ll take the lead on complex diagnostics, support other vehicle technicians, and help deliver top-quality service every time. Key Responsibilities in this Master Technician position:
10. Find and fix problems on all types of vehicles, and carry out regular servicing and repairs.
11. Make sure jobs are done right first time, keeping customers happy.
12. Talk to customers to fully understand what issues they’re having.
13. Share repair details and fixes with technical systems.
14. Set a good example for the team by working to high standards.
15. Provide help and support to colleagues with technical advice.
16. Record video health checks on vehicles and point out any extra work needed.
Ideal Master Technician:
17. Level 3 NVQ / City and Guilds Qualification Essential (or equivalent)
18. Manufacturer Training accredited
19. Hybrid and EV Experience
20. Confident in diagnostics and diagnostic tools
21. Confident in meeting work deadlines
