Led by our Founder and CEO, our mission is to document the reality of scaling a company through a GaryVee style daily vlog. Think D-Rock with Gary Vee or Steven Bartlett's "Behind The Diaries" with Will — capturing every raw, unfiltered moment and turning it into powerful content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.

Role Overview
As our Full Time Vlog Videographer, you will:
* Shadow our Founder and CEO day in, day out — capturing candid moments, client meetings, behind the scenes chaos, and moments of inspiration.
* Film and produce a daily or near daily vlog, rapidly editing and publishing content to capture the real time story of our growth.
* Travel extensively (all expenses paid) in the CEO's private V-Class to events, meetings, and trips across the UK and beyond.
* Repurpose each vlog into multiple 60 second plus shorts optimised for TikTok monetisation, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
* Depict the authentic reality of building a brand and business — the highs, the challenges, and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities
Filming and Production
* Shadow the Founder daily, documenting everything from major client meetings to casual team interactions.
* Use a documentary approach to capture authentic, unscripted footage with strong composition and audio.
Editing and Post Production
* Edit and publish vlogs with fast turnaround, ensuring content is live while the story is still unfolding.
* Cut each vlog into 3 to 5 monetisable shorts (60 seconds plus) for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
* Add titles, captions, subtitles, and colour correction to enhance storytelling and retention.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to maximise reach across all channels.
Storytelling and Creative Direction
* Shape narratives from everyday business life — finding teachable moments, behind the scenes drama, or inspiring takeaways.
* Suggest new content series, formats, or recurring segments.
* Adapt to feedback and data, constantly refining style and pacing.
Travel and Lifestyle Integration
* Travel extensively with the Founder — all expenses, hotels, and perks paid for, including the luxury experience of travelling in the CEO's private V-Class.

Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in videography, ideally in vlog or documentary style. A reel or portfolio is essential.
* Proficiency in Premiere Pro with a proven ability to edit quickly.
* Strong storytelling skills, able to turn everyday moments into compelling narratives.
* Confident handling DSLR or mirrorless cameras, audio, and quick lighting setups.
* Adaptable and enthusiastic, thriving in a fast paced startup environment.
* Willing and able to travel frequently.

: shortlisted candidates will be provided with access to full quality 4K vlog footage via Google Drive or Dropbox. Using that material, create:
* One 60 second plus short optimised for TikTok or YouTube Shorts
* One alternative thumbnail (mobile first, bold text up to 4 words)
* A title (up to 60 characters), first line hook, and three caption options
