Our client is a well-established and respected construction subcontractor specialising in commercial fit-out projects across the North West. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Commercial Manager to join their team based in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial professional to take on a leadership role within a growing business, managing a small team and playing a key part in project delivery and client relationships. What’s on offer: * Competitive salary * Bonus scheme (after 1 year of service) * Private healthcare – individual cover * 25 days holiday bank holidays * Pension – 3% employer / 5% employee * Death in service insurance Ideal candidate: * Experience working for a construction subcontractor (fit-out or interiors ideally) * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Strong leadership skills and team management experience * Proficient in cost reporting and projecting cash flows * Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities Key responsibilities: * Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors across multiple live sites * Maintain and develop strong client relationships * Calculate and manage labour and cost forecasts * Monitor and report CVRs to the board * Lead on cash flow projections and budgeting * Evaluate commercial risks and opportunities across projects Why join?
