* Assist in creating and managing campaign assets, including ad copy, visuals, and landing pages
* Set up, monitor, and optimise campaigns to improve performance and ROI
* Contribute to supporting activities such as email marketing and social media to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation
* Produce and schedule engaging social media content, bringing creative ideas to increase audience engagement
* Support the delivery of clear, accurate, and timely communications to key audiences (e.g. landlords, letting agents, tenants, and local authorities)
* Contribute to PR activity, and wider communications campaigns
* Create and develop presentations, and manage both in-person and online events using platforms such as Eventbrite to coordinate registrations and track performance
* Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Skills & Experience
* Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, particularly in digital environments
* Strong knowledge of PPC and paid advertising platforms
* Experience using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to measure and optimise performance
* Understanding of SEO principles and their application in campaigns and content
* Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Zoho, Rex) and lead management processes
* High attention to detail, with a strong sense of brand consistency and visual quality
* A proactive, test-and-learn mindset with a willingness to explore new tools and approaches
* Knowledge of the housing or property sector (desirable, not essential)
* Marketing qualification (e.g. CIM, IDM, degree) or equivalent hands-on experience
What We Offer
* A fully remote, part-time role with some flexibility (attendance required at monthly meetings in the East Midlands or Doncaster)
* A growing organisation with opportunities for progression
* A supportive and collaborative team environment
