Assignment Details
* Locum position
* Initial duration: 3 months
* High likelihood of extension or potential permanent route
* Hybrid arrangement with preferred office attendance Tuesday-Thursday
* Immediate start preferred.

* Manage a full probate caseload, including complex grant‑only and estate administration matters.
* Serve as the main client contact, conducting initial calls and providing clear, empathetic guidance throughout.
* Support estate planning matters such as wills, with potential involvement in trusts where relevant.
* Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience.
* Assist with the improvement of templates, workflows and processes suited to a fast‑paced environment.
* Support additional projects that naturally arise within a high‑growth setting.

* STEP qualification (advantageous but not essential).
