Our client is a developer/contractor who specialise in residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes across the Country. The need now exists for a Document Controller to be based out of the office in Heathrow. This is a permanent role, full time in the office at Heathrow (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. No working from home). It is essential you have previous experience on site administration and knowledge/use of the system Field View. Duties will include taking calls, booking meetings, dealing with all aspects of Admin, taking minutes, and supporting the construction, technical and commercial teams. Our client has asked for applicants to have good knowledge in IT (Especially Excel). Work closely with Project Consultants and Sub-contractors to ensure that all relevant parties are compliant with the Project execution plan procedures and best practice. Implement and maintain the document control system including invitations sent to contractors to be added to Field View. Uploading / downloading documents & archiving onto currently used system – Field View. Provide full document support, QA drawings to ensure that all current drawings, specifications, and all other associated contract related documents can be accessed easily. Prepare Project Files, Sub-Contract Files and Consultant files. All project documents filed correctly, maintained, and issued in a prompt and efficient manner using Field View system.
