About the Role As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting the class teacher and helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment. Key responsibilities include: Providing 1:1 and small-group support Assisting with lesson planning, delivery, and follow-up activities Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND and EAL Promoting positive behaviour and contributing to effective classroom management Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents What We’re Looking For We would love to hear from you if you have: Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine passion for education Excellent communication and teamwork skills Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) – highly desirable Why Join Teaching Personnel?
