Regional Marketing Manager Resistors – North Europe

We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager Resistors for the North Europe region. This role focuses on driving product strategy, training, and market analysis for Vishay’s resistor portfolio.
Job Location: UK (preferably Newport) or remote
Key Role and Responsibilities
* Work closely with European Sales and FAE teams to understand customer requirements and propose the appropriate resistor solutions.
* Collaborate with an international team of technical experts to design and implement custom products as needed.
* Organize technical training and workshops to increase Vishay awareness in the European market.
* Disseminate product strategy across the European distribution network.
* Analyze market trends and provide internal feedback.
Your Skills and Experience
* Master’s degree in engineering, preferably in Electronics or Mechatronics.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical environment.
* Understanding of electronic circuits in automotive or industrial applications.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Structured and analytical mindset.
* Willingness to travel across Europe and work within an international team.
