Inspiration, engagement and education are at the core of its activities and the role of Learning Coordinator supports the delivery of a varied formal and informal learning programme. About the role: We are looking for a part time Learning Coordinator to join our friendly team on a temporary basis for up to 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave. As Learning Coordinator, you will work as part of the team to provide a warm, professional and informative welcome for Learning groups on arrival, and to support as needed within the Block E Learning Centre. You will also support the team with preparation, monitoring resources and assisting with the administration of the Learning programme. This post will include frequent movement around the site to facilitate the arrival of coaches and working with groups in our Learning Centre. About you: To be successful you will have previous administrative experience, excellent organisational skills and be confident communicating in a busy visitor facing environment. You will be a team player who is able to provide a high level of customer service delivered with a calm, professional approach. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel. Previous experience of online booking systems would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given. This is a part-time role of 19.5 hours per week, usual office hours are Wednesday to Friday, 9.00am until 4.00pm. Due to the nature of this role, some evening and weekend hours may be required. You will be based on site at Bletchley Park, Milton Keynes.
