A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a HVAC Supervisor to join their growing team, covering a large critical property based in Blackburn.
Responsibilities
* Covering a large commercial property, providing ppm and reactive maintenance.
* Working on a Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm (40hrs) work week.
* Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of mechanical building equipment, AHU's, FCU's, Pumps, Motors, Generators, Filters and etc.
* Organising RAMS, H&S, Subcontractors, Toolbox talks, organising jobs etc.
Qualifications
* You will hold mechanical qualifications, Level 2 Mechanical NVQ/C&G's
* Experience supervising other engineers and apprentices is essential.
* Strong communication skills.
* Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
