We are seeking a driven, dynamic, and experienced individual with a strong background in residential property management to lead our lettings team. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a department restructure and take ownership of all property management operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Oversee all lettings operations and departmental processes, reporting to the Associate Lettings Partner.
* Ensure compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements.
* Manage insurance renewals and quotes.
* Monitor rent arrears and work with external handlers where required.
* Lead on the Renters' Rights Bill implementation plan.
* Oversee and complete inventories, inspections, notices (including Section 21) and carry out checkout inspections where required.
* Resolve general management issues efficiently and professionally.
* Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent service.
* Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
* Oversee property maintenance and timely repairs.
* Manage the restructure of the property management department.
Experience & Qualifications
* Proven experience in property management, ideally within a leadership or senior role.
* Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and best practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Effective leadership and team management abilities.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Remuneration
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:15 pm, with one Saturday per month, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.
Benefits: 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), on-site parking, pension scheme.
