This is a fantastic opportunity to join Senseco as an Administrator within our Passive team, where you'll play a key role in keeping operations running efficiently and delivering an excellent service to our clients.
Reporting to the Senior Operations Support Administrator, you'll act as a central point of coordination for the team - managing communications, supporting engineer scheduling, and ensuring information is accurate, organised, and up to date. This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working at pace, takes pride in their work, and likes being part of a collaborative team.
What you will be doing
* Managing shared team inboxes, ensuring enquiries are responded to promptly, professionally, and escalated when appropriate
* Coordinating engineers diaries and workloads to help achieve efficient scheduling and smooth day-to-day operations
* Responding accurately and timely to client enquiries, maintaining a high standard of customer service
* Building and maintaining positive, longterm relationships with clients
* Sourcing quotes for materials to support operational requirements
* Monitoring and tracking scheduled works, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed of any changes
* Maintaining and updating internal systems and databases, ensuring records, correspondence, and client details are accurate
* Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required
* Supporting the Senior Operations Support Administrator with operational and administrative tasks
* Carrying out general office duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry

Were looking for someone who is reliable, organised, and proactive, with a strong attention to detail. You will ideally demonstrate:
* A positive, flexible approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise at all levels
* Excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy
* The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
* A strong work ethic and sense of urgency
* Confidence using MS Office and standard administrative systems
