Offer description

To support the daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.

Aims & Goals:

* To always manufacture to the company standard
* To continually follow manufacturing and H&S process

Key Tasks:

* Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock.
* Reporting any errors and / or faulty parts.
* Pick and pack orders accurately for delivery or collection.
* Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
* Load and unload goods using manual handling equipment or forklifts (if certified).
* Keep warehouse areas clean, organised, and safe at all times.
* Assist in the preparation of shipments and documentation.
* Follow company policies, health and safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
* Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
* Collaborate with team members and support other departments as needed.
* Handling of returns and quarantines within the warehouse with close communication with other departments to ensure the efficient handling of such items.
* Any other duties required to support the business.
* Essential Qualifications, Key Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is desirable but not essential.
* Good attention to detail ensuring quality and minimising errors.
* A flexible approach with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
* Knowledge of manufacturing production and processes.
* This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic maths and computer skills.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Forklift certification is a plus.
