We are looking for a Commercial Support Administrator to join us at Huws Gray Llangefni!

Reporting to the Price Book Manager, you will play a critical role in mainitaining and updating the price book, ensuring that attention to detail is exceptional at all times. You will also adhere to the Price Book foundations in the price book that is used daily in the trading system for their allocated product groups. Working closely with both the pricing team and category team to meet deadlines and make amendments when necessary.
Working in one of our Central Support Functions you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.
Here’s a quick overview of some of the things you can expect to do as a Commerical Support Administrator with Huws Gray:
1. Maintain products details in the price book (Descriptions, Pricing, Barcodes, Weight, Packs etc)
2. Deal with daily new product requests
3. Deal with daily Re-instate requests
4. Deal with daily product amendments requests
5. Deal with daily price book related supplier feedback
6. Deal with monthly supplier price movements
7. Deal with daily price book queries
8. Deal with price related buying queries
