Overview
Project QS / Senior QS required for an Essex based specialist Civils / Utilities contractor, Colchester area.
Responsibilities
* Full commercial management of projects, office-based with site visits as appropriate.
* Run own projects from start to finish, preferably multiple projects concurrently.
* Work on Civils & Utilities projects including groundworks, trenching, cabling, etc.
Qualifications / Experience
* Experience of running projects from start to finish, whether from a main contractor or subcontractor background.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Details
* Salary: £65k to £75k plus package.
* Location: Colchester / Essex (onsite visits as required).
