About The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and a strong understanding of recruitment processes, as well as a passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience.


Main Responsibilities:

* Take ownership of tasks which do not require immediate management input
* Take minutes and produce presentations
* Report and analyse data
* Track changes in placements and applications
* Liaise with Training & HR departments
* Check right to work and contracts for compliance
* Follow up with new starters who haven’t completed their paperwork online and assist with issues
* Create and submit daily and weekly reports
* Use licenses to curate interview and induction packs
* Handle ad-hoc tasks from higher management

About You

About you:

* Previous administration experience
* Familiarity with recruitment processes is advantageous
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, confident engagement with candidates and stakeholders
* High attention to detail and proactive in task management
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines
* Familiarity with HR systems and managing confidential information is advantageous
