We are delighted to be working with a well established, growing business based in Doncaster, who have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join their finance team.
The role will be integral in assisting with the day to day administrative function of the wider finance team, along with other departments where required.
Duties:
1. Collating and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly returns.
2. Inputting data to Business Central.
3. Query reconciliation.
4. Processing of collections for invoicing using Business Central.
5. Undertake additional administrative/project work as required.
6. Communicate with suppliers/customers.
7. Liaise with key stakeholders in other departments for effective communication and collaboration.
8. Prepare ad hoc information and reports as and when required.
9. General administration duties and day to day duties required to fulfil the role.
Candidate requirements:
10. Good standard of formal education, including GCSE Maths and English (Grade A* - C) or equivalent.
11. Strong IT Skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel is essential.
12. Previous experience of working within a busy administrative role.
13. Excellent communication skills.
14. Ability to work under pressure whilst meeting tight deadlines.
15. Strong organisational skills with the ability to priortise workload.
16. Attention to detail, strong follow-up skills and proven ability to produce quality work.
17. Knowledge of Business Central would be advantageous.
