Job Description: We’re delighted to assist a law firm that’s been successfully providing legal services from 3 locations in the Bexleyheath area in their search for a Legal Secretary with Private Client experience.

The role includes but is not limited to the following:
Audio and copy typing all correspondence to include letters and legal forms.
Client contact- updating clients and dealing with enquiries.
Undertake general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing.
Diary management.
Opening and closing files.
Access and input data onto the firm’s case management system – Visual Files.
