We’re working with a leading engineering and infrastructure business to recruit a Customer Engineering Logistics Administrator to support their busy scheduling and field operations team. This is a hands on logistics support role ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
Your new role
1. Raise and process purchase orders for tools, materials, and equipment
2. Coordinate travel bookings, hotel reservations, and vehicle hire for field engineers
3. Manage waste removal, tool hire, and equipment logistics across multiple job sites
4. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delays and delivery issues
5. Use SAP Fiori, Ariba, and VIM to track orders and consolidate invoices
6. Maintain accurate records and update internal databases
7. Support multiple engineering teams including M&S, Fulfilment, Scheduling, and Cranes
What you'll need to succeed
8. Previous experience in logistics administration, engineering support, or operations coordination
9. Strong working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
10. Confidentmunicator with excellent organisational skills
11. Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
