The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, outgoing individual with a good telephone manner and strong communication skills.
This is a full time permanent contract (40 hours per week). The role will involve the following responsibilities:
1. Dealing with queries over the phone, via email and through customer contact portals
2. Providing best in class customer service experience to both new and existing customers
3. Resolving customer queries at first point resolution, including order queries and complaints
4. Liaising with other departments to resolve customer issues
5. Ensuring customer service expectations are exceeded
6. Make regular progress reports to the customer, updating the system as you go
7. Question and investigate complaints in a polite friendly manner
8. Build productive customer relationships
9. Keeping to defined SLA’s for both email and verbal complaints
10. Dealing with customer refunds, credit and returns
11. Any other duties deemed within your skillset
This role is ideal for someone with experience in a customer service/complaint/call centre role.
