We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager with experience in the Hospitality social media management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and turn engagements into customers. You will play a vital role in promoting our brand and driving traffic to our location through effective social media campaigns.
Duties
* Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.
* Turn engagements into customers
* Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics to optimise strategies and improve engagement.
* Collaborate with the front of house team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
* Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering a positive community around the brand.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
Skills
* Proven experience in social media management in the hospitality industry.
* Ability to edit photos and Videos
* Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance.
* Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail; familiarity with graphic design software is advantageous.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
