Job Description
* Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate financial data.
* Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
* Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Assist in preparing presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
* Support month-end and year-end financial processes as required.
* Identify trends and opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Accountant should have:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
* Experience working with financial reporting tools and systems.
* A degree or professional qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field.
* The ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
* An adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
