About The Role
This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You will assist with daily living, provide companionship, and share rewarding moments with residents. The job is varied, offering opportunities to support residents with food and drink, follow care plans, and spend one-to-one time with each resident.
About You
You should have experience caring for older people, a can‑do approach, excellent communication skills, empathy, and a warm‑hearted attitude. Your compassion will enable you to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents. The organisation provides all necessary training.
