Your Role and Responsibilities
Every day as a Recovery Support Worker is unique and engaging! Your key responsibilities will include:
* Communicating effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
* Collaborating with other professionals to provide comprehensive support.
* Delivering person-centered support to help individuals reduce isolation, increase independence, and develop new skills.
* Encouraging community integration and maximizing opportunities for personal growth.

As our ideal candidate, you will:
* Provide recovery-focused support in line with individual support plans.
* Exhibit strong communication skills and demonstrate unconditional positive regard for service users.
* Work within a positive framework to help tenants maintain their mental and emotional well-being.
* Assist with personal care and domestic tasks, while also helping individuals access local resources and opportunities.
Flexibility is key, as you will be working on a roster basis, including evenings and weekends. While previous experience is a plus, your genuine desire to support individuals in their recovery is what truly matters!
