Position: Cleaning Service Support ManagerLocation: OxfordHours: Monday to Friday, hoursWorking: Rota between 10am and 10pmWe are currently looking for a Cleaning Service Support Manager to build relationships and rapport with contract clients at the John Radcliffe Hospital.Main duties:
1. Review performance of delivery against the Service Level Agreement and Cleaning Specification,
2. Manage and implement employee wages, rota's, performance meetings and schedules,
3. Deliver adequate Health & Safetypliance, following the clients statutory Fire and Safety regulations to mitigate potential risks,
4. Liaising with Stakeholders and Clients with clearmunication,
5. Managing budget control, ordering materials for the Hospital and booking training sessions for the team,
What we are looking for:
6. Background in Cleaning / Healthcare settings
7. Experience in managing and ensuring excellent service delivery to various client contracts
8. Excellent management skills including strong organisation and time management abilities
9. A driven, motivated and problem solving manner
10. Great customer service skills to liaise with clients effectively
11. Previous management experience in managing soft services/cleaning within a Hospital or Healthcare environment of facilities management
12. Excellent customer service with goodmunication skills and a good understanding of written and verbal English
13. IT literacy in Microsoft packages but especially Microsoft Office
14. A Health and Safety IOSH qualification is also desirable
