Monday – Thursday (7:30am – 3:45pm) / Friday (7:30am – 12:30pm). A highly successful manufacturing business based in Oldbury are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team. Working within this industrial scale environment, you will be providing both reactive and planned preventative support within a team environment. Fault finding and repairing a variety of industrial machinery, this opportunity will suit a proactive engineer who is motivated by working within a technically challenging environment! Role Description. * Provision of planned and reactive maintenance engineering across a broad range of automated production / process machinery. * Mechanical Fault Finding and repair activities. * Pneumatic and hydraulic fault finding. * Stripping down of machinery and installing new machinery when required. * Keeping H&S at the forefront when all work is conducted. * Working alongside a cross-sectional team of skilled engineers. Skills and Qualifications * Mechanical Maintenance Engineering experience. * Formal Mechanical Qualifications (Level 3) or Time Served background. * Ability to perform both planned and reactive maintenance. * Pneumatic and hydraulic experience. * Strong fault-finding skills. * Experience in a manufacturing environment or RAF / Navy / REME experience. * Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
