At JCT600, our Receptionists and Showroom Hosts are the first impression of our brand professional, welcoming, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Based at our dealership, youll handle an allocated number of customers to concierge during their Aftersales visit. You will be ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards of service and professionalism and help process, communicate and keep the customer updated. You will effectively over-see the customer journey from arrival to departure.
