Your new role This position involves a broad range of finance duties, with a significant emphasis on communication with contractors, tradespeople, and site-based teams. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of daily financial operations and maintain strong customer relationships. Some of the key duties will include:
1. Credit Control, exploring discrepancies, monitoring aged debt and following up on outstanding payments.
2. Speaking daily with both internal and external teams to follow up on information
3. Processing purchase invoices, sales invoices and supplier statements
4. Complete bank reconciliations and support with cash flow monitoring
5. Assisting with month end routines, including accruals, prepayments and journal postings
