At Linamar Light Metals Belfast, we work in partnership with our customers (FORD, STELLANTIS, JAGUAR LAND ROVER and GESTAMP) to develop and manufacture automotive components, specialising in cylinder heads, electric drive housings and structural components. We now wish to recruit for the following opportunity: Logistics Coordinator (LC/25/1) This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership for providing logistics support toproduction departments in our Dunmurry foundry. Key responsibilities will include the following: Co-ordinate transport to various customer sites across the UK and Europe. Complete all relevant paperwork including customs checks. Work directly with our customers to resolve queries and concerns. Build and foster positive relationships with our customers. Communicate effectively with production departments and the logistics team. Be the main point of contact for all logistic coordination. Applicants must meet the following criteria: Essential Criteria : GCSE, or equivalent, qualifications in Maths and English, at grade C or above. 1 year or more previous experience working in a similar role within a logistics setting. Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Flexibility to work additional hours when required. While not essential, the following would be beneficial: Experience of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system and customer portal Previous experience preparing export documentation and understanding of trade procedures.
