We currently have an opportunity for casual Front of House staff to join our amazing team at Hopetoun House Edinburgh. This is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. Hopetoun House is one of Scotland’s finest Stately Homes and is managed by the Hopetoun House Preservation Trust. Hopetoun currently welcomes around 50,000 visitors per year and is graded as a 5 Star attraction by Visit Scotland.
3. Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving/preparing coffees to customers
4. To deliver and maintain highest standards of customer service in the café bar.
5. To assist/complete routine stock counting, stock take, layouts, restocking and promotion set up.
6. To clean equipment, shelving, refrigeration, and counters as needed to ensure that the café is maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness at all times.
7. To be able to work as a member of a team or on own initiative as working hours dictate
8. Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
