Role & Responsibilities In this role, you will handle the setup of new customer accounts, ensuring accurate processing of all information, and manage a dedicated customer base by supporting them with enquiries related to orders, delivery dates and product information. You will process orders through the MRP system, resolve pricing queries with customers and Regional Sales Managers, and record product complaints while managing the returns process. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams including Scheduling, Despatch, Production, Accounts and Technical Support, as well as accessing customer websites to download orders, confirm shipping dates and monitor delivery performance. You will also provide cover for colleagues during holidays or sickness and ensure handover information is always accurate and up to date.
