Care Assistant – Make a Real Difference

Position Details
* Hours: between 16 – 20 per week (to be discussed with the manager)
* Pay: Starting at £13.70 per hour, with enhanced rates up to £15.00 depending on weekend and evening shifts

Role Highlights
You’ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively. Your daily tasks will include light domestic duties, coordinating resident activities, and assisting with appointments and shopping. Each day will be diverse, allowing you to make a significant impact on residents’ wellbeing.
About You
* Location: Ideally located within commuting distance to our estate
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a UK health and social care role is preferred, with a passion for working with older adults. A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory
* Skills: Warm, friendly and dedicated to exceptional service; you thrive in a team environment and are eager to make a positive difference
