What’s involved?
As the Assistant F&B Manager, you’ll bring solid experience from a hotel background. A confident, hands-on leader, you’ll oversee and run all dining facilities as well as events both large and small. You will be responsible for ordering, function planning and implementation, and delivering front-facing guest interaction and service. You will train staff, adhere to budgets, and act as the point of contact for guests-whether coach parties or individual diners.
