This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Early Years professional to take the lead in a preschool setting, creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children can thrive. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the preschool provision within the school. Plan and deliver engaging Early Years activities aligned with the EYFS framework. Support children's social, emotional, and educational development. Work closely with support staff to maintain a positive learning environment. Track children's progress and contribute to assessments. Build strong relationships with parents and the wider school team. What We're Looking For: Level 6 qualification in Early Years or equivalent (essential). Previous experience working in Early Years or Preschool settings. Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
