Are you an experienced Test Engineering professional working within Defence with a passion for solving complex technical challenges?

As a Subject Matter Expert within Test & Testability Architecture (TTA), you’ll play a key role across a range of missile programmes, helping to define and optimise testing strategies, architectures and methodologies.
You’ll work closely with project teams and senior engineering stakeholders to:
Lead the definition of project test strategies
Improve technical specifications and testing methodologies across projects
Analyse production test data to identify trends and diagnose failures
Lead modelling and analysis activities to understand test coverage and generate diagnostic instructions

Significant experience of electronic test across the full project lifecycle
Electronic circuit design, testing and failure analysis techniques
Project planning and management experience
