Responsibilities
* Deliver a warm, friendly, and engaging welcome to all our guests
* Create a relaxed, personal first impression that reflects our brand
* Manage smooth, efficient check‑ins and check‑outs with accuracy
* Build genuine rapport with guests and personalise their experience
* Confidently promote hotel facilities, services, and local recommendations
* Work closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest journey
* Take ownership of guest queries and resolve issues with care and efficiency
* Balance exceptional service with speed and organisation during busy periods
* Maintain accurate bookings, billing, and guest information at all times
* Keep the reception area welcoming, organised, and presentable
* Bring positive energy to the team and contribute to a supportive culture
* Represent the hotel with professionalism, personality, and pride
