JOB TITLE: Lead Integrator

About this opportunity
The purpose of the Lead Integrator is to coordinate dependencies between the platform and stakeholders external to the platform, such as other platforms, Group Executive Functions, and third parties. This may include coordinating complex and high-risk implementations. The Lead Integrator operates at the platform level, covering both business and technology change.
Role responsibilities:
1. Establishes pivotal integration points across Labs/Platforms and effectively communicates these points to relevant partners.
2. Develops the sequence for integration-related tasks in collaboration with Lab Leadership and aligned with the Lab backlog.
3. Catalogues and manages dependencies between the platform and other teams.
4. Works with external stakeholders to ensure interlock and enable the platform to deliver efficiently.
5. Identifies blockers to delivery and mitigates or resolves them, raising issues to product owners or platform leadership when necessary.
6. Manages third-party suppliers, overseeing performance and addressing underperformance.
7. Handles complex, high-risk implementations involving multiple internal and external parties to ensure safe delivery.
8. Coordinates the integration process and implementation events across shared infrastructure, leading on the System Integration (SI) process.
9. Provides expertise for governance activities owned by the Product Owner, such as PRIA, across multiple programmes.
What you’ll need
* Extensive experience in Data, Data Lakes, Data programmes, and data governance.
* Experience in the Capital Markets technical landscape.
* Proven experience in application integrations and dependency management in large-scale organizations.
* Good knowledge of Capital Markets and the Trade Lifecycle.
* Ability to build relationships across Labs and with business collaborators.
* Leadership skills to underpin the Lead Integrator role and drive key initiatives like MMP, DC exits, and Evergreening.
* Understanding of technical and application interdependencies within the wider technical estate.
* Strong risk management experience.
* Experience in data analytics and reporting.
