Your Role
As Branch Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the branch’s performance. You’ll:
* Lead, mentor and motivate a successful residential sales team
* Drive revenue, profit and market share
* Set, monitor and exceed sales targets
* Actively list and market properties
* Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with vendors, buyers and local partners
Your leadership will directly shape the success of the branch and the continued development of your team.
