You will treat patients withcritical illnesses from all specialties, medical and surgical, as well asgiving post-operative support for planned, major surgery. This care willinclude:
Assessing and monitoring patient conditions
Checking symptoms and vital signs and arrangingdiagnostic tests
Recognising, responding to, and managing emergencysituations
Planning, delivering and evaluating standards ofevidence-based nursing care
The role will involve, butnot be limited to you performing the above.

A minimum of 6months paid experience in a Critical Care nursing environment within a hospitalin the last 3 years
Comply with NMCProfessional Registration and keep up to date with current nursingpractices
The ability toensure accurate records are kept in accordance with CHS policy and NMCguidelines
Be committed toundertaking regular mandatory training
