Join Our Dynamic Team as an Assembly Operative!
Full Time: Monday to Friday - Day Shifts Only
Time: 8am until 5pm
Opportunity: Temporary to Permanent
No transport, you will need to drive or live locally
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble products or components using hand tools, power tools, or machinery.
* Follow technical drawings, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
* Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet required standards.
* Report any faults, defects, or equipment issues to the supervisor.
* Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
* Meet production targets and deadlines.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment (preferred but not essential).
* Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
* Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
* Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if required.
