In this role, you will be delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students at Levels 2 and 3, including those on the Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard. You will be involved with the planning and delivering of engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and maintaining a safe, supportive learning environment. About the person We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about developing young people and supporting their journey into the Plumbing & Heating industry. You will: • Have a background in construction, ideally with a Level 3 qualification in Plumbing & Heating (including gas) or higher in a related field. • Be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences. • Be proactive in engaging with employers and supporting students’ wider development. • Be a team player with excellent communication skills and a flexible, can-do attitude. Teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential and we welcome applications from experienced professionals who are keen to transition into education.
